Driver Details Page

Accessing the Driver Details Page

1. Log in to the Zendrive Dashboard at app.zendrive.com using your Zendrive login credentials.

2. Click on the Drivers page in the left pane. You will see a list of drivers.

3. In the Drivers page, select a driver whose details you want to view. You will see the Drivers page, which provides a drilled-down view of the driver’s trip details, as shown below:

In this page, you can see the following details:

• Date Selector: The Date Selector button is located at the top left of the Drivers page. You can use this button to filter aggregate data for a specific time period.

• Request Driver Report: The Request Driver Report button is located at the top right of the Driver Details page. You can click this button to generate a CSV file containing a report of the driver for the given date period. If you press the button, a dialog asks for an email ID. The report is sent to the provided ID.

• Driver: The Driver widget displays some basic information about the driver, such as their unique ID, email, number of trips, and total distance covered.

• Driver Score: The Driver Score widget displays the driver's overall Zendrive Score.

• Score History: The Score History chart tracks the driver's daily score over time.

• Event Rating: The Event Rating chart shows the driver's letter grade for each of our driving events - Speeding, (Rapid) Acceleration, Hard Braking, Phone Use, and Hard Turns.

• Events Distribution: Distribution chart of bad driving performance events such as Hard Braking, Acceleration and soft distraction events such as Phone usage.

• Environmental Risk Factors: This widget indicates the percentage of environmental risk factors that were faced on the trip, while driving at night, or while driving on highways.

• Trips: A table that shows all the trips recorded for this driver. Clicking on a trip opens the Trip Details view.
