Dashboard Overview

The Overview page is the first page you see when you login to the Zendrive Dashboard. The page has been designed to give you a quick look at the state and general safety of your fleet.

Who can access the Overview page?

The following user personas can access the Overview page:

• Administrator

• Fleet Manager

• Operations Manager

To see the Overview page:

1. Log in to the Zendrive Dashboard at app.zendrive.com using your Zendrive login credentials.

2. The Overview page is the default view. If you don't see it, click the Overview link from the left navigation menu.

What's on the Overview page?

The Zendrive Dashboard Overview page contains the following components:

1. Location Filter: Allows the user to filter aggregate data based on selected regions.

2. Date Picker: A custom date picker that allows users to view reports based on a selected date range (date, a week or month).

3. Performance Breakdown chart: The performance groups section shows an aggregate of drivers in 3 fixed categories - Excellent, Fair, and Risky. The Performance Breakdown chart shows the size of the 3 categories in aggregates of weeks.

4. Average Driver Score: The Average Driver Score is a single aggregate of the entire fleet to show the estimate level of quality and risk.

5. Score History chart: The Score History tracks the fleet score across a daily line chart.

6. Environmental Risk Factors: Displays the miles driven during the week during night time, and on highways.

7. Daily Active Drivers: The number of drivers who have been active every day during the selected date range.

8. Miles Tracked: The total number of miles tracked for the fleet for the days within the selected date range.

9. Installations: A bar graph that displays the app installation count for each day of the week.

10. Request Driver Summary: Allows you to generate a CSV file containing a report of the drivers in the fleet for the given date range. The report is sent to the user's email Id, which the user needs to provide while requesting the driver summary.

Notes:

1. As you hover over the Performance Breakdown, Average Driver Score and Score History charts, you will see the values for different times within the selected date range.

2. The date picker in the Overview page allows users to select the following 4 types of reporting periods:

Monthly: Last 6 months

Weekly: Last 12 weeks

Daily: Last 30 days

Custom: Any custom date range of your choice.

4. Click the ⋮ Menu button in the top right corner to view the Settings menu.
