Viewing Driver Details

Click on a driver's link in the Driver's page to view the Driver Details page, which provides various reports on the selected driver's performance, as shown in the following screenshot:

On the Driver Details page, you can select a date range to view the selected driver’s details and performance, as follows:

• Driver Details: Includes driver ID, number of trips, distance traveled, start and end date of travel and so on.

• Driver Score: The points score assigned to the driver over the selected date range, based on performance. The performance graph provides a color-coded scoring, with Green standing for Excellent, Orange for Fair, and Red for Risky.

• Score History: The history of the scores earned by the driver for the selected date range.

• Event Rating: The rating indicated against events such as Speeding, Acceleration, Phone Use, and Hard Turn, which are indications of risky driving behavior. This rating allows you to evaluate the selected driver's potential for risk-averse behavior.

• Event Distribution: Distribution of events that indicate risky driving behavior such as phone usage, hard brakes, speeding, hard turn and so on, over the selected period. You can see exactly how many events took place during the selected period, and the share they contribute to the overall event score.

• Environmental Risk Factors: Risk factors such as long distance traveling and night driving that might contribute to risky on-road behavior.

• Device Status: This report indicates the status of the driver’s device, viz., Online, Offline, Degraded and Processing. This report also indicates whether the selected driver has initialized the Zendrive SDK and has granted the requisite permissions for trip tracking.
