Viewing a Single Customer's Details

In the My Customers page, when the CL PM clicks on an individual customer's link, the left pane of the Dashboard displays the following two tabs:

  • Overview: The Overview page displays several reports detailing the customer's overall performance.

  • Drivers: The Drivers page allows you to observe the performance of individual drivers and request Driver Summary Report.

1. Overview Page (CL PM Single Customer)

When you click on a customer link in the My Customers page, you'll see the customer's Overview page, as shown in the following screenshot:

In the Overview page, you can:

  • Select Location: Select a location based on which you can view and monitor your insurance fleet customers.

  • Select a Date Range: Select the period for which you want to review your fleet customer's overall performance.

  • Request Driver Summary Report: Click the Request Driver Summary Report button on the top-right corner of the Overview page, to receive a driver activity report via email.

On the Overview page, you will see the following reports:

  • Performance Breakdown: In this report, you can view a weekly breakdown of your selected fleet customer’s performance for the selected date range. Fleet performance is represented via the following color codes:

    • Green: Excellent

    • Orange: Fair

    • Red: Risky

  • Score History: In this report, you can view the selected customer's daily score history for the date range selected.

  • Daily Active Drivers: In this report, you can view how many fleet drivers have been active, and for how many days, for the selected date range.

  • Miles Tracked: In this report, you can see the number of tracked distance traveled by the customer application, for the selected date range.

  • Average Driver Score: In this report, you can view the average driver score which lets, which lets you know just how well the customer’s fleet drivers are performing.

  • Environmental Risk Factors: In this report, you can view what percentage of night driving or long distance driving was involved during the selected date range. These risk factors can impact driver performance.

  • Installations: In this report, you can view the number of drivers belonging to the selected fleet customer who have installed the customer application.

Click the Back to Customers link on top of this page to navigate back to your list of customers.
