v10.2.0 Release Notes

In Zendrive Dashboard Release v10.2, the Device Status widget is updated with a new Trip icon, to denote trips taken on unhealthy heartbeat days.

New Trip Icon In The Device Status Widget

A new trip icon on the Device Status widget can help our customers to do the following:

• To mark days when at least one trip was captured in a car or motorcycle, despite an unhealthy heartbeat for the most of that day.

• To understand that the driver in question could be toggling permissions throughout the day to only capture the trips that they want on record.

• To view and better troubleshoot potential issues pertaining to trip days.

Note: The Heartbeat API has been updated to facilitate for logging of trips even when the heartbeat is unhealthy during the day.
