v10.8.0 Release Notes

The Zendrive Dashboard release v10.8.0 includes the following Personal Lines (PL) Insurance Score enhancements for Phase II:

  • The Overview Page ->Average Driver Score widget now reflects PL Insurance Score for fleets.

  • The Overview PageScore History widget to reflect PL Insurance Score trends for fleets.

  • The Individual Driver page now comes with a Score History widget that reflects PL Score at the user level.

Enabling Insurance Score

a) In order to view the PL Score for fleet and individual users, you need to enable the Insurance Score option via the Settings menu, as shown below:

b) In the Settings menu, open the ScoringModel tab and select the Insurance Score option, as shown in the following screenshot:

c) Click the UPDATE button to update your widgets with the latest PL Score.

I. Overview Page->Average Driver Score Widget

a) Select the date range for which you want to view the latest Average Driver scores. You can select only the Month option, custom date ranges and day filter are not available for PL score.

b) You can click the Request Driver Summary Report button (highlighted above) to download the driver PL scores. You can download the scores only for a month or for a week. Custom date ranges and day filter are not available for PL score.

II. Overview Page-> Score History for Fleet

a) In this widget, you can view the monthly PL Insurance Score trends for fleets, as shown in the following screenshot:

b) The trends graph shows the score history in weekly breaks. Move your cursor over the graph to view the day by day fleet score history.

III. Individual Driver Page-> Score History Widget

The Score History widget has now been added to individual driver pages as well, to help you view Pl score trends at user level, as shown below:

Note: Please note that the Driver Summary Report is not available at user level for PL score at present.
