SDK Permissions Breakdown

SDK Permissions Breakdown presents a summary of the overall heartbeat health of end users for a given period, as follows:

• Consistently Online: This status indicates that for at least at 80% of the days within the selected timeframe, SDK displays a healthy heartbeat (all permissions set up correctly).

• Occasionally Online: This status indicates that for more than 20% of days (but less than 80%) within the selected time frame, SDK displays a healthy heartbeat.

• Rarely or Never Online: This status indicates that the SDK displays a healthy heartbeat for less than 20% of the days within the selected time frame.

• Missing Connection: This status indicates that the SDK does not display a single heartbeat for any of the days within the selected time frame.

You can see the SDK Permission Breakdown feature in the following screenshot. Select any of the report types from the All drop-down list to view report details.

SDK Permissions Breakdown Trends

Clicking the View Trends link at the bottom-right corner of the SDK Permissions Breakdown view opens the SDK Permission Breakdown Trends page, as shown in the following screenshot:
