v10.3.0 Release Notes

The Zendrive Dashboard v10.3.0. includes the following highlights:

1. Overview page:

   1. Provides an update of Zendrive Score thresholds.

   2. Displays histogram distribution of driver scores.

   3. A new widget is added to the Overview Page showing the aggregate breakdown of trip types across your customer base. This gives you insight into your drivers’ mobility footprint and transportation type.

   4. The Trip Trends view presents a day-wise bar graph of trips and distance covered, color-coded according to vehicle type.

2. Drivers page: Custom date selector has been added.

Overview Page: Zendrive Score Thresholds Update

Previous to Zendrive Dashboard release v10.3.0, the Dashboard would segment drivers based on their Zendrive score, as follows:

• Excellent: Drivers earning a Zendrive score between 91-100

• Fair:Drivers earning a Zendrive score between 72-90

• Risky: Drivers earning a Zendrive score that is less than 72

In Zendrive Dashboard v10.3.0, scoring thresholds are updated to five scoring buckets instead of three, to classify driver risk into equal distributions:

• Excellent: Drivers earning a Zendrive score between 91-100.

• Good: Drivers earning a Zendrive score between 81-90.

• Moderate: Drivers earning a Zendrive score between 71-80.

• Risky: Drivers earning a Zendrive score between 61-70.

• High Risk: Drivers earning a Zendrive score that is less than 61.

Overview Page: New Trip Type Breakdown Widget

The new Trip Type Breakdown widget shows an aggregated trip type data, color-coded according to vehicle type, as shown in the above screenshot. Click the View Trends link to see a day-wise bar graph of trips and distance covered, color-coded according to vehicle type, as shown in the following screenshot:

Previous to Zendrive Dashboard release v10.3.0, the Dashboard Histogram Distribution of Driving Scores was as follows:

In Zendrive Dashboard release v10.3.0, we have made the following changes to the Dashboard Histogram Distribution of Driving Scores:

• We have repositioned the score detail widgets to provide a more granular score detail, as you navigate from the left to the right.

• We have introduced a new widget called Driver Score Distribution to demonstrate the breakdown of the drivers in each risk bucket during the selected timeframe.

• We have updated the Performance Breakdown widget to display show 5 buckets instead of 3 so that users can understand how the score trends are evolving over time, as shown in the following screenshot:

Drivers Page: Custom Date Selector Added

In the Drivers page, we have made the following updates:

• We have updated the Performance Category filters to reflect the 5 risk category-based driver scoring buckets.

• Dashboard can now select any custom start date and end date to get the list of drivers that were active during the selected period. This allows Dashboard users to enjoy a consistent date selection experience across all Dashboard pages, and have more control over the data they access.

• We have not made any changes to the Low Distance category of drivers with less than 50 miles driven.
