Driver Onboarding

The Driver Onboarding Page breaks down the heartbeat health and trip activity of SDK-authenticated users to help you identify the following:

• Gaps in the onboarding flow.

• Drivers toggling permissions.

You can view the following metrics in the Driver Onboarding Page:

• The total number of users with the SDK properly authenticated and set up.

• The number of users who:

  • Have all permissions set up correctly.

  • Are missing at least one required permission.

  • Whose permissions could not be determined.

• The number of drivers with at least one captured trip based on their connection health.

Driver Onboarding Trends

Clicking the View Trends link at the top-right corner of the Driver Onboarding Page opens the Driver Onboarding Trends Page, as shown in the following screenshot:

The Driver Onboarding Trends Page presents a drill-down view of user progress through the funnel. This view helps you to track and identify changes or enhancements to your onboarding experience to improve Healthy and Active user count. It can also help you to determine if users are toggling their permissions which could potentially implicate fraud.

You can view the following charts in the Driver Onboarding Page:

• Top Chart: Daily breakdown of users with healthy and unhealthy heartbeat out of the percentage of Authenticated Drivers.

• Bottom Chart: Displays the daily breakdown of Active Drivers (those with at least 1 trip) as a percent of their Connection Health.
