Platform (Operating System) Breakdown

The Platform (OS) Breakdown view presents an aggregate breakdown of the operating systems being used by your drivers. Different platforms have different privacy settings, permissions, user flows and so on. These settings and permissions must be set correctly in each operating system in order for the SDK to work effectively, and render 'healthy' heartbeats.

The Platform (OS) Breakdown view helps you to understand what proportion of your user-base is using which operating system in order to isolate, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, if any. For example, if you notice a significant drop in the connected user or active user count, it helps to know if the majority of drivers are using one platform, in order to determine the cause of the issue.

Clicking the View Trends link at the bottom-right corner of the Platform (OS) Breakdown view opens the Number of Users view, as shown in the following screenshot:
