Zendrive Dashboard v10.6.2 allows dashboard users to input Webhook URLs for their customers via the dashboard. However, note that the webhook URL you provide needs to be configured in the backend before you can use it. If you provide a Webhook URL that has not been configured, you will see a message requesting you to contact your Customer Support Manager.
You can enable the following webhooks for your customers:
Trip Scored Notification Webhook: Zendrive backend sends this webhook to dashboard users to communicate trip scoring and trip upload.
Collision Notification Webhook: Zendrive backend sends this webhook to the user (driver) when Zendrive SDK detects a collision.
Permission Notification Webhook: Zendrive backend sends out this notification when there is an issue in a driver’s permission status within the last 24 hours.
All three notification webhooks only support only HTTPS URLs.
To Add or Update Notification Webhooks
To add or update a webhook to their configuration, Dashboard users must navigate to the Settings → Advanced tab and scroll to the notification webhook that they want to update, as shown below:
