v10.4.0 Release Notes

The Zendrive Dashboard v10.4.0 release includes the following highlights:

1. New ‘Program Analyst’ Role for Personal Lines

Personal Lines Dashboard Administrators can now add a ‘Program Analyst’ role to their dashboard.

The new role will only be able to view the Overview and Operations pages with no access to the driver or trip-level information, including maps and specific behavior events. This helps address potential privacy issues and provides the Principle of Least Privilege in the event a customer does not want or need their employees viewing driver or trip-level details.

The Program Analyst’s role focuses on analyzing aggregate trends and performance to influence marketing and go-to-market strategies.

The following screenshot sequence displays how a Personal Lines Dashboard Administrator can add a Program Analyst role to the dashboard, from the Settings window:

The newly-added Program Analyst will receive an email containing information on the account that has been created for them. Once the user accepts the role, they will be able to download reports.

2. Funnel Data and App Download For WLA Customers

Dashboard users can now view the number of customers who have been invited to use the Zendrive App (WLA), in the Onboarding widget on the Operations page. Note that Dashboard users will be able to view this information only if:

• The customer is using Zendrive’s WLA to run their program.

• The Dashboard user is able to access the Operations page.
