v10.5.0 and v10.5.1 (Patch Release) Notes

Release v10.5.0, Dated 12/21/2022

The following are the highlights of the Zendrive Dashboard v10.5.0 release:

a) Enabling display of insurance score for Personal Lines (PL) customers using Zendrive’s PL Insurance Score.

In previous releases, the Zendrive Dashboard was set up to only display the output of the Zendrive score across the fleet, drivers, trips, and so on. From v10.5.0 onwards, the Dashboard has the ability to display the insurance score (if a carrier is using it), which is a better measure of collision risk and be used to determine a driver’s discount or premium.

b) Display of insurance driver score distribution on the Overview page.

c) Display of insurance score in the Drivers List page.

d) Driving events widget displayed on Driver Details and Trip Details pages.

1. Enabling Insurance Score Display

Customers who have PL score enabled can now toggle their views between Zendrive Score and Insurance Score from the Dashboard Settings, as shown in the following screenshot:

2. Distribution of Drivers' Score

Once selected, PL Dashboard users can now see the distribution of drivers' Insurance score on the Overview Page, as shown in the following screenshot:

The Drivers List page now displays the insurance score in the Score column, as highlighted in the following screenshot:

3. Display of Trip Events Widget

The Trip Events widget is now available for view both from the Driver Details page, and the Trip Details page. Driving events were previously graded using letter grades, but now have a star rating, as shown in the following screenshots:

3.a. Driver Details Page

We have highlighted the Events Rating widget, and the Driver Score widget, which displays the insurance score of the driver.

When toggled, the Driver Score shows the Insurance Score (converted to 1-100 scale) of that driver in the selected time frame. The Event Rating widget uses the Zendrive score output and translates the event ratings into a 1-5 star scale.

3.b. Trip Details Page

From Zendrive Dashboard v10.5.1 onwards, Dashboard users can proactively identify users who are either facing permission issues or have changed their permissions, both of which can impact their drive experience.

To this end, we have implemented a Permissions Notifications Webhook, which will notify customer backend of any issue in the permission status received within the last 24 hours. In the Settings page of the Dashboard, Zendrive customers can provide the URL to which the Permission Notifications Webhook must be sent, as shown in the following screenshot:
