Support

The support page is the main page that Customer Support personas access. Via this page, you can find and access a driver's profile, and download a driver report or a fleet report.

Access the Support Page

The Support Page is available to the following user personas:

• Administrator

• Customer Support

To see the Support Page:

1. Login at app.zendrive.com using your Zendrive login credentials.

2. From the navigation menu in the left, click on Support.

What's on the Page

The page contains a search bar where you can search for a driver name or driver ID. Selecting a driver will take you to the Driver Details View for that driver.

There is also a Fleet Report button that allows you to download a fleet report for a given time period.
