The Dashboard Commercial Lines Product Manager

Commercial lines auto insurance (also referred to as fleet insurance), deals with insuring a group of vehicles owned by a business. The insurance company issues policies and prices and assesses the fleet's performance to ensure that these policies are being met.

The Commercial Lines Product Manager (CL PM) is a new role introduced in the Zendrive Dashboard v8.0.0 release. As the CL PM, once you log into the Zendrive Dashboard with your CL PM credentials, you will be able to manage your business customers. You can, in turn, provide solutions through Zendrive to enable your business customers to manage their fleets and drivers.

You can use the Zendrive Dashboard's Commercial Lines Product Manager's interface to perform the following tasks:

• Drill into and monitor changes in individual fleet performance over time, in order to take corrective action where required.

• View the following aggregated fleet data:

  • Total number of fleet customers

  • Total number of drivers

  • Total trips

  • Total mileage covered

  • The total trip miles covered for each trip tag in the Driver Details->Trips page.

• Monitor fleet performance grading score for a selected date range.

• Sort fleet customers based on Name, Start Date, Distance (miles or kilometers depending on the location) Driven and Score.

• View customers based on geography or date range (for the last 7 days, last 60 days, the last 6 months, or for the selected date range).

• Generate Driver Summary Report.

• Create a geofence boundary for fleets.
