v10.9.0 Release Notes

Zendrive Dashboard release v10.9.0 includes the following enhancements to the Collision Dashboard:

  1. Confidence Number and Delay Time is displayed for each configured callback.

  2. Customers can now filter collisions based on collision confidence level.

The Zendrive Collision Dashboard is designed to display vehicular incidents for which the collision confidence threshold was either met or was exceeded during a designated callback. However, in the case of multiple callbacks, ‘near collisions' are also reported on the dashboard which can cause confusion. In this release, the Collision Dashboard has been updated with tools that will help customers to see only the collisions which are relevant to the data under analysis.

Collision Confidence Level

The Trip Details panel on the Collisions page (shown in the screenshot below), now displays the Confidence Level assigned to a collision callback, along with the callback delay time.Note: If an account uses multiple callbacks, the Trips Details panel will display both the Intermediate Callback and the Final Callback details. If an account is configured with a single callback, the Trip Details panel will display only the Final Callback details. Through this enhancement, customers benefit from additional collision data that helps obtain a better understanding of collision filtering.

Filtering Collisions

Select the date range for which you want to view collision data, and click the Collision Confidence drop-down to filter the list of collisions. The data filtering is based on the selected minimum and maximum confidence thresholds, as displayed in the following screenshot:Note: If the account is configured for multiple callbacks, both the Intermediate Callback and Final Callback filters will be available. Otherwise, only the Final Callback filter will display. For example, customers can filter out near collisions by configuring the minimum value of the Final Confidence level at or above their set confidence threshold. For more information or clarifications, please contact the Zendrive Support Team.
