The Dashboard Ops Manager

The Zendrive Dashboard Operations Page provides data and reports on the operational performance of your drivers. The Ops Manager can use these reports to identify gaps in performance and recommend fixes.

The Ops Manager can view and manage the following pages:

Driver Onboarding

SDK Breakdown

SDK Permissions Breakdown

Trip and Driver Summary

Platform (Operating System) Breakdown

User Device Type Breakdown

The Ops Manager can monitor the following activities via the Zendrive Dashboard Operations Pages:

1. Customer activation funnel - Authenticated, Online, or Active.

2. Versions of SDK deployed to users, and version upgrade frequency.

3. Permissions snapshot (Always Connected, Sometimes Connected, Rarely Connected).

4. Time trends of number of trips, miles, and drivers of your customer base.

5. Platform (Operating System) breakdown.

6. The ability to view each by trends over time.

7. Download connectivity reports
